An app that lets you follow along with everything related to individual topics, projects or teams in their dedicated channels.

Slack is a platform with various chat rooms for teams and groups.
How it works: Dedicate a channel to a team, project, or discussion topics. Whatever you need! Slack allows you to easily communicate with the whole team or with certain members in a specific group.
The best part about this app is that you can integrate other apps like Google Drive and Dropbox, share files and edit images, streamline file sharing and better organize your workflow in general.
Our favourite part? Using the giphy tool in our team chats, of course…

 

Zenkit

With various projects and clients, Zenkit helps the team stay on top of everything. 

Follow your project on Zenkit, from the conception to the research to the final stage complete with a satisfying “done” label. This to-do list 2.0 is a mindmap, spreadsheet and to-do list on one screen. And quite high up on our apps we love list.
How it works: Create tasks, allocate them to team members, specify a due date, follow their lifecycle and mark them as done! Simple. Well, there you have it. Nimbus. We don’t really have anything to add, except that this tool is a complete game-changer!
How it works: Nimbus is a lightweight chrome extension built to help you take screenshots of web pages. Sounds like a snipping tool right? Not entirely, because Nimbus is so much more! You can capture the entire browser window or a specific area, or you can scroll horizontally and snap the screen! Then you can use the variety of Nimbus functions like editing, commenting, saving it as a PDF, JPG, or PNG, and sending the screenshot to Slack, Google Drive, or Dropbox. The editor interface even allows you to edit objects after you add them to your screenshot!

Dropbox

Everything you need for work, all in one place.

The year is 2008 and Dropbox just launched, immediately becoming a hit in companies. A tool that allows you to save and store files and data online, and then also automatically sync them to all your devices? Mindblown.
How it works: Dropbox is a cloud storage system, so you can load your files onto the cloud and access them later, even from a different device. Once loaded, Dropbox syncs your data across all your devices. This means that as long as you can log into your Dropbox account, you can access your data, files, and info stored in the cloud from any device, anywhere, and you can also use Dropbox links to share files and folders without sending large attachments.
A massive benefit of the cloud is that you are secured against technical problems. E.g if you lost a hard drive with photos on, you cannot retrieve those images, but with Dropbox, your files are stored forever.
